At 7:30 p.m. on June 11, 2026, the 31st "Ouhai Cup" Basketball Tournament of Ouhai Eyewear Co., Ltd. was grandly inaugurated at the company's basketball court. Senior executives and department heads gathered at the venue to witness this exciting moment together. Distinguished guests attending the opening ceremony included General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Ni Chunguang, VP of Business Division I Mr. Qi Fei, VP of Business Division II Mr. Xiao Wei, VP of Business Division III Mr. Li Lei, VP of Business Division V Mr. Huang Tianjian, VP of Weitong Business Division Mr. Zhang Rui, VP of Logistics Center Mr. Chen Binhui, and Chief Engineer of Technical Center Mr. Rui Daojun.

This tournament attracted 13 teams, including 7 men's teams and 6 women's teams. The men's teams were Business Division V United, Business Division IV United, Business Division III United, Division I & II United, Technical Center United, Logistics Center United, and Weitong & Office United. The women's teams included Business Division V Women United, Business Division IV Women United, Business Division III Women United, Division I & II Women United, Logistics & Office Women United, and Weitong & Technical Women United.

During the opening ceremony, the emcee introduced the attending guests and participating teams in sequence. Subsequently, General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua delivered an impassioned opening address, expressing his high expectations for the tournament and future work across four dimensions.
First, everyone in their proper place. Basketball is a team sport involving point guards, shooting guards, small forwards, power forwards, and centers—every player on the court should find their position, with clear division of labor and defined roles regarding who is responsible for organizing, attacking, defending, and rebounding.
Second, everyone fulfilling their duties. On the court, each player should perform their responsibilities according to their assigned roles. The point guard should serve as commander, focusing on passing and organizing; the shooting guard should undertake critical scoring tasks; the small forward should balance offense and defense, promptly covering defensive gaps; the power forward should secure rebounds and defend the paint; and the center, as the last line of defense, is responsible for rim protection and rebounding. Likewise, the company's T6 teams operate similarly: the breakthrough team handles customer relationship maintenance, business negotiations, opportunity identification, and payment collection; the planning team (including PD and PE) is responsible for project planning, from product design and process planning to verification until the first mass production shipment is completed; and the delivery team (including MPS, CE, and production) ensures customer orders are delivered with guaranteed quality, quantity, and on-time performance.
Third, everyone exerting their utmost effort. As the emcee mentioned, "friendship first, competition second," emphasizing the priority of enhancing friendship and mutual respect. However, the core spirit of basketball is unity, cooperation, and tenacious struggle. Going all out is the greatest respect for one's opponents; once on the court, every player should exert their full strength.
Fourth, everyone demonstrating results. In previously organized matches, some players favored flashy moves such as dribbling, breakthroughs, and pull-up jumpers, yet failed to score. To win games, scoring is the direct means—without points, even the best defense or organization cannot close out a game. Therefore, high-efficiency scoring is regarded as a player's most important contribution. The same applies to the work of each business division and functional department of the company: we must judge heroes by results, and only when all business divisions make great achievement can the company's development flourish.

Following General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua's address, athlete representative Yin Long and referee representative Wang Ankai solemnly took their oaths on behalf of all athletes and referees respectively, bringing the opening ceremony to a close.

Immediately after the ceremony, the highly anticipated opening game commenced, pitting Technical Center United against Division I & II United. General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua performed the ceremonial tip-off for the first match of the tournament. After 40 minutes of intense competition, Technical Center United defeated Division I & II United with a score of 67:55, securing a successful opening victory and setting an exciting tone for the basketball tournament.
