The 2026 Administrative Expansion and Commendation Conference was successfully convened

At 16:00 on March 3, 2026, Ouhai Eyewear Co., Ltd. grandly held the 2026 Administrative Expansion and Commendation Conference at the Xinmin Conference Room of its headquarters. Attendees included General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua, CFO Ni Chunguang, VP of Logistics Center Chen Binhui, VP of Technology Center Rui Daojun, VP of Business Division 1 Qi Fei, VP of Business Division 2 Xiao Wei, VP of Business Division 3 Li Lei, VP of Business Division 4 He Wei, VP of Business Division 5 Huang Kaijian, VP of Weitong Business Division Zhang Rui, as well as middle and grassroots management teams, totaling 196 people. At the meeting, General Manager Wang Fenghua delivered a speech for the Spring Festival commencement ceremony and commended advanced teams and outstanding cadres.

At the beginning of the meeting, all attendees sang the "Song of Ouhai" together. During the meeting, General Manager Wang Fenghua elaborated on three aspects:

I. When Things Go Wrong, Look Inward All circumstances are the result of one's own causes and conditions; when encountering difficulties, one should first look for reasons within oneself rather than blaming heaven, earth, or others. Managers must abandon the "victim mentality," position themselves as "resource integrators," take initiative in assuming responsibility and breaking deadlocks, and make "how can I help solve the problem" the starting point for action.

II. Bodhisattvas Fear Causes, Ordinary People Fear Effects Engage personally, value causality and process. Uphold the philosophy that "Bodhisattvas focus on causes, ordinary people focus on effects," deeply understanding that today's results stem from past actions—failure to secure orders, quality issues, delivery delays, etc., all arise from inadequate planning, execution, and detail management in earlier stages. One must respect the process, rejecting empty slogans and results-only demands; like farmers growing crops, one must solidly complete every step from sowing, weeding, fertilizing to harvesting, achieving "efforts that are second to none."

III. Self-Awakening to Awaken Others, Self-Reliance to Establish Others True leadership begins with self-awakening (self-enlightenment), then influencing others (enlightening others), and ultimately building the team (self-reliance to establish others). Currently, Ouhai urgently needs to break the habit of excessive reliance on the General Manager's decision-making and micromanagement, delegating authority to true professionals who understand the business and modules; every manager must first master their own duties (e.g., CFO must understand finance, VP of Logistics must understand logistics), then lead by example and mentor the team, transforming from a "superhero" to one who "delivers universal salvation."

At the meeting, General Manager Wang Fenghua presented trophies and certificates to advanced teams and outstanding cadres. Representatives of the "Three-Good" collective Ruan Shengfei, advanced team representative Cheng Pengxiang, and outstanding cadre representative Wang Guanghui delivered speeches respectively. After the meeting, all management cadres attended the Spring Festival commencement banquet together.
