At 18:40 on December 31, 2025, Wenzhou Ouhai Glasses Co., Ltd. held a New Year's Eve gala at its headquarters with the theme "Crossing Mountains and Seas, Bursting Forth in Competition; Intelligent Manufacturing and Scientific Innovation, Winning the Future Together."

The gala was divided into four chapters: "Most Beautiful Ouhai," "Vibrant Ouhai," "Inherited Ouhai," and "Soaring Ouhai." The performances featured rich themes and diverse artistic styles: there were grand choruses overflowing with boundless love for the people and the nation's landscapes; eyewear shows displaying Ouhai's elegance and highlighting contemporary trends; beautifully moving songs delivered with deep emotion; graceful and charming ethnic, classical, and modern dances; as well as skits, crosstalk acts, and "News Broadcast"-style language programs reflecting the lives of Ouhai employees and generating frequent laughter.

The gala kicked off with the rousing chorus "We Are Walking on the Broad Road," followed immediately by an inspiring speech from General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua themed "Growing Toward the Sun, Marching with the Years."

In his speech, General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua reviewed the work of 2025, presenting the past year's achievements, the construction progress of the Vietnam factory, the launch of smart glasses production lines, and sales market conditions through a set of growth data (including inventory output value, inventory production volume, per capita output value, per capita efficiency, employee income, and sales volume of the Vietnam factory, etc.). Simultaneously, he made plans and prospects for the new year, clarifying the future development direction.

In his speech, General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua also highlighted the corporate positioning that was reviewed and reshaped at the 2026 strategy meeting: For every employee, Ouhai is a school, an army, and a family.Like a school, we must provide education without discrimination. Regardless of where employees come from, once they join Ouhai, we must provide necessary training to make them true Ouhai people—well-trained individuals who learn to think and develop the ability to find solutions.Like an army, we must maintain strict discipline. The glasses industry is highly competitive with thin profit margins; we must be as rigorous and efficient as an army, fulfilling our mission at all costs—finding methods for results, not excuses for retreat. Discipline must ultimately manifest as combat effectiveness; we must become a team capable of winning battles, ready to respond to the company's call at any time.Like a family, we must be as warm as spring. Human warmth is precisely the culture we want to build, but we must also clearly recognize that we are a traditional manufacturing enterprise, and the company must ultimately be supported by scale and profit for such warmth to be sustainable. Our unity, friendship, and spring-like warmth ultimately aim to make each other better and enable the enterprise to develop better. Human warmth should not become an obstacle to Ouhai's development but should be transformed into the strongest cohesion. Every Ouhai person should do their utmost for this "home," achieving self-cohesion and consensus.

At the gala, General Manager Wang Fenghua presented Honorary Awards to loyal meritorious employees of Ouhai Glasses Co., Ltd., as well as the Chitu Award, Redu Award, Bole Award, Jibu Award, and Luban Award. He also presented trophies to "Four-Ability Cadres" and "Three-Good Teams."

Finally, to the melody of "Unforgettable Tonight," we bid farewell to 2025. In the new year, we will strengthen our fundamentals, uphold the corporate value of "keeping pace with the times," and continue writing a new chapter for Ouhai.
