On December 3, 2025, General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua led a 15-member delegation—including CFO Mr. Ni Chunguang, Logistics VP Mr. Chen Binhui, Technology VP Mr. Rui Daojun, Division I VP Mr. Qi Fei, Division II VP Mr. Xiao Wei, Division III VP Mr. Li Lei, Division IV VP Mr. He Wei, Division V VP Mr. Huang Kaijian, Weitong Division VP Mr. Zhang Rui, HR Manager Mr. Liu Zeqing, and Engineering Manager Mr. Zhang Jiyong—to Wenzhou Guangming Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. for an exchange visit.

At 9:00 a.m., accompanied by President Zheng and the Guangming team, the executives toured Guangming’s production workshops, warehouse, digital R&D center, marketing center, Guangming University Hall, and Empowerment Office, learning about its growth path, 6S on-site management, technical upgrades, continuous-improvement proposals, and R&D capabilities. Mr. Wang and President Zheng exchanged experiences and ideas on strengthening customer stickiness, building smart factories, creating corporate IP, employee empowerment, and talent-pipeline development.
