Solid Foundation and Adaptation to Change, Keeping Pace with the Times - New Year's Eve Party 2025

On December 31, 2024, at 6:50 pm, Wenzhou Ou Hai Glasses Co., Ltd. held a New Year's Eve party with the theme "Solid Foundation and Adaptation to Change, Keeping Pace with the Times" at its new factory.

The party was divided into four chapters: "The Most Beautiful Ou Hai," "Vibrant Ou Hai," "Ink and Wash Jiangnan," and "Soaring Dreams." The programs of the evening contained different moods: there was a grand chorus filled with boundless love for the motherland; there was a spectacle of glasses showcasing the charm of Ou Hai and highlighting the trend of the times; there were touching songs with deep emotions; there were ancient and graceful dances; and there were crosstalk and news broadcasts reflecting the lives of Ou Hai employees, full of humor.

The evening began with the grand chorus "Wan Jiang." Then, General Manager Wang Fenghua gave a wonderful speech with the theme "Still Growing from the Smallest Beginnings, Eventually Touching the Blue Sky." In his speech, General Manager Wang Fenghua said: "Ou Hai has gone through thirty-one years of wind and rain, focusing on the core strategy of 'Surviving' and 'How to Live Better.' In 2024, with the joint efforts of the management team, the company achieved double-digit growth: the order value in 2024 increased by 18.3%, the order volume increased by 14.3% compared to 2023, and the production volume of Ou Hai Vietnam factory exceeded one million pairs. 'Performance growth' has always been the core strategy of the company, and 'becoming one of the top optical glasses manufacturing enterprises in China' is our strategic goal. Without growth, we cannot achieve the goal of being the best, nor can we realize the corporate vision of 'making our lives better.' In his speech, General Manager Wang Fenghua also mentioned that there are some problems in the company at present, such as unsteady basic skills and insufficient professional level in various modules. He hopes that the management team will solidify the basic skills, be resolute and persistent, and earnestly practice the corporate spirit of 'being serious, rigorous, standardized, and efficient.' In order to practice the corporate value of 'achieving customers,' the company has carried out corresponding organizational changes. In the second half of 2024, in response to different customer groups, we have decided to break down the company into six business divisions, each led by a vice president, and including business, manufacturing, logistics, quality control, R&D, and technology. This allows each business division to have the fastest response speed, the simplest process, and the shortest communication distance. Through such reforms, we can respond to all kinds of customer needs in the first place. Finally, General Manager Wang Fenghua shared the achievements and future plans of Ou Hai Vietnam factory.

At the party, Chairman Chen Guoguang and General Manager Wang Fenghua awarded the loyal employees of Wenzhou Ou Hai Glasses Co., Ltd. with honor awards, as well as the Red Rabbit Award, Re-Reading Award, Horse of Trust Award, Season of Trust Award, Lu Ban Award, Four-ability Cadres, and Three-good Teams.

Finally, in the song "Unforgettable Tonight," we bid farewell to 2024. In the new year, we will solidify our basic skills, adhere to the corporate value of "keeping pace with the times," and write a new chapter for Ou Hai.
