From December 19th to 22nd, 2024, Wenzhou Ou Hai Glasses Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Strategic Meeting at Wuyi Mountain Villa in Fujian. The attendees included General Manager Wang Fenghua, Operations Director Yao Yonghe, Finance Director Li Jianping, Production Vice President Qi Fei, Central Logistics Vice President Chen Binhui, Asia Vision Vice President Li Lei, and a total of 40 members of the management team. The meeting also invited the Aired Consulting team to empower the management team.

The agenda of the 2025 Strategic Meeting mainly included six aspects: benchmark strategic management sharing, strategic management discussion, market insight and major customer strategy, 2024 business review and 2025 planning report, organizational performance improvement, and strategic meeting summary. During the empowerment by General Manager Wang Fenghua and the Aired Consulting team, everyone was focused and carefully absorbed every key point. In the discussion sessions, members of each group thought deeply and actively shared their insights. During the strategic management discussion, General Manager Wang Fenghua said: The management team of Ou Hai should never forget its original intention. It is because our management team has forgotten its original intention. When customers are still complaining about quality and delivery times, when customers and suppliers do not take pride in cooperating with Ou Hai, when employees do not take pride in working for Ou Hai, we should reflect on our own shortcomings. Ou Hai is a company with standards. I hope that the product standards of Ou Hai will be higher than those of our customers. The employees of Ou Hai should be well-trained, and Ou Hai should be a respectable company, a benchmark and a role model in the industry.

In the summary of the 2025 Strategic Meeting, General Manager Wang Fenghua focused on two aspects: First, set great ambitions. On the first day of the strategic meeting, the company also organized a climbing activity for the middle and senior management team to climb the Da Wang Peak of Wuyi Mountain.
