During Dec. 21st to Dec. 24th of 2023, the 2024 strategic general conference of Wenzhou Ouhai Glasses Co.,Ltd was grandly held in Wuyi Mountain Villa. The attendants of this meeting are as follows: General Manager Mr. Wang Fenghua, Operation Director Mr. Yao Yonghe, Financial Director Mr. Yang Qinghua, Vice President of Production Mr. Qi Fei, Vice President of Central Logistics Mr. Chen Binhui, Vice President of Yage Business unit Mr. Li Lei and members of the middle and senior management team, totally 40 people.
On the first day of the strategic meeting, the company organized a 30-kilometer long-distance running activity for the middle and senior management team. The champion of the activity was Manager Cheng Guanmeng, the runner-up was Manager Hao Zhenyan, and the third place was Director Yao Yonghe.
The agenda of 2024 strategy meeting mainly includes: operation summary of 2023, three contradictions of internal management, “three alls”, customer-centeredness, the root of Ouhai culture, and the relationship between surface and point, 2024 plan and the sharing of discussion results, review and summary of strategic projects, and summary of 2024 strategy meeting in total five aspects.
In the strategy meeting, Mr. Wang Fenghua, the General Manager, focused on the three contradictions of internal management and “three alls”; elaborated the customer-centeredness from the aspects of who are the customers, characteristics of the customers, competitive strategy and implementation plan; elaborated the root of Ouhai culture from the aspects of organization construction, teamwork and value embodiment; elaborated the relationship between points and surfaces from the aspects of problem solving to point and preventing problems from point to point, and so on. From the aspects of organization construction, teamwork and value embodiment, it elaborates the root of Ouhai culture; explained the relationship between point and surface from the perspective of solving problems from surface to point and preventing problems from point to surface, etc. The breakout sessions were mainly led by business managers and vice presidents, focusing on the topics of three contradictions of internal management, “three alls”, customer-centeredness, the root of Ouhai culture, the relationship between surface and point, and KPI key indexes, etc. They also analyzed who the customers are, their characteristics, and competitive strategies with the managers of each department, and determined the implementation plan. At the same time, the business manager shared the discussion results, rationalization suggestions, implementation scheme and work plan.
In the review and summary session of the strategic project, the general manager Mr. Wang Fenghua elaborated the company's strategic projects from the aspects of “counting at the top” strategy, whole industry chain planning, focusing on intangible while strengthening tangible value, borderless management, smart Ouhai and so on. Meanwhile, it elaborated the work focus in 2024: T6 team construction, function definition of marketing department, talent ladder construction and so on.
