On July 4, 2023, Li Yongwei, Chief Engineer of Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Department, led the leadership team of the Production Service Department and the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Provincial Economic and Information Department to visit and guide our company, accompanied by the leadership team of the Ouhai District Party Committee led by Secretary Zeng Ruihua and the leading team of the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau led by Ding Jianzhong, chief engineer of Wenzhou Municipal Economic and Information Bureau. During the guest visit, Mr. Wang Fenghua, the general manager of the company, accompanied and explained the whole process.

When introducing the company's development history, Mr. Wang explained to the guests that Ouhai Glasses was founded by more than a dozen people to produce low-grade sunglasses, and after more than 20 years of efforts, it has now realized the development process of the whole industry chain planning. When visiting the company's product exhibition hall, Mr. Wang explained the company's operation, product diversification, market positioning, market share, and R&D investment and achievements of new products and technologies. When visiting the acetate production line, Chief Engineer Li Yongwei and Secretary Zeng Ruihua learned in detail the process route, process method and quality requirements of acetate frame production from CNC, making temples, bending fronts, inserting the hinges, assembly, packaging and other links. During the visit to the injection molding workshop, Mr. Wang explained in detail to the visiting guests the experience and results of reducing costs and increasing efficiency and shortening the delivery cycle through the application of robot arm, machine networking and data collection, and the establishment of production process data analysis system, human-computer interaction scheduling system, based on order-driven scheduling optimization strategy and concurrent conflict resolution mechanism. When visiting the cutting lens center, Mr. Wang introduced the market prospects, operation mode, investment, technical advantages, investment income and other comprehensive situation of the cutting project to the customers.

During the visit, Li Yongwei and Zeng Ruihua fully affirmed our company's business philosophy, development status, and achievements in building smart factories, and encouraged the company's senior management to consolidate the existing development advantages, seize the new track of smart glasses, and make greater contributions to the economic development of Zhejiang, Wenzhou and Ouhai.
