Ouhai Glasses Executives Visit and Learn Yuhuan Suppliers Again

On May 6, 2023, Mr. Wang led Mr. Yao, Operation Director, Mr. Chen, Vice President of Logistics, Mr. Qi, Vice President of Production, Mr. Li, Deputy General Manager of Yage Business Department, and Mr. Zhang, Chief Engineer, to visit six suppliers, including Zhejiang Kanghua Optical Co., Ltd., Yuhuan Dr. Glasses Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Yuhuan Lula Glasses Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yuhuan Dayongfa Glasses Co., Ltd., Yuhuan Kaida Glasses Co., Ltd., and Yuhuan Huawei Glasses Co., Ltd.

During the visit, Mr. Wang shared and communicated with the heads of these six enterprises on topics such as digital factory construction, intellectual property protection, and optical industry chain transfer, and exchanged views on the problems that occurred in the cooperation process between the two sides, and determined the future cooperation framework with some suppliers. In the process of communicating with Mr. Gao, manager of Kanghua and his team, the two sides shared their experience in intellectual property protection, application of MES system and PLM system, equipment manufacturing and other aspects. In the process of Kanghua exchange and on-site visit, let us feel the results of technological transformation and intelligent manufacturing on cost reduction and efficiency increase. During the on-site visit of Yuhuan Dr. Glasses Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we felt the big changes brought about by their small improvements such as the improvement of tooling fixtures, and experienced the spirit of craftsmanship. In addition to in-depth communication with various enterprise teams, the company team also visited the production sites of various suppliers to understand the whole process of their research and development and application of new materials, new technologies and new equipment.
