The 39th Reunion of CKGSB, Wenzhou Ouhai Glasses Co., Ltd. Visiting and Exchange Activities Held Successfully

Because of yearning for the sea, it flows into the Yangtze River. From November 4 to 6, accompanied by Mr. Wang Fenghua, the general manager of Wenzhou Ouhai Glasses Co., Ltd. and the 39th EMBA alumnus of CKGSB, Mr. Yao Yonghe, the operation director of Ouhai Glasses, Mr. Chen Binhui, the deputy general manager of logistics, Mr. Qi Fei, the deputy general manager of production, Mr. Zhang Rui, the chief engineer, and Mr. Tian Shuihong, the director of the General Manager's Office, the 39th Class of CKGSB More than 30 alumni from the Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen classes visited Wenzhou Ouhai Glasses Co., Ltd. for exchange and a different feast of thought exchange.

At present, the epidemic situation is repeated, and access and gathering are strictly controlled in many places. However, alumni of CKGSB have shown us the unyielding and tenacious nature of water. Some alumni have exchanged planes for high-speed rail and spent 8 hours in Ouhai to gather with President Wang and other alumni. The motivation and spirit of learning affect the majority of Ouhai’s staffs. From the moment the alumni walked out of the airport and the station, they felt the enthusiasm of Ouhai's team. Reception guidance, giving flowers, hotel check-in, dining, visiting signature, visiting guidance, round table communication, healthy riding, bonfire party, aerobic morning running, intimate seeing off and so on all reflect our intentions, which also shows our enterprise spirit of seriousness, preciseness, standardization and efficiency.

On the morning of November 5, under the leadership of Mr. Wang, alumni visited the enterprise research institute, product development center, high-end glasses manufacturing workshop, multi-function hall, gym and other places. Through the visit, the alumni can understand the technological process and business philosophy of glasses manufacturing. After the visit, many alumni said with emotion "Usually, we bring a pair of glasses. There are more than 120 manufacturing processes. Every day, thousands of products of different models or specifications are operated and produced in the factory. The whole process, whole procedure, and whole scene of the IT system reflect the high-end manufacturing of the glasses manufacturing enterprise. The factory's 5s management is very good and clean. We really feel the rise of Chinese national enterprises, and also reflect the high level of management of the company ； Ouhai Glasses has many super SKU, so it is difficult to produce and manufacture. It is customer centered externally and employee centered internally.

In the afternoon of November 5, all alumni participated in the 60km healthy riding activity of Ouhai Glasses Organization to enjoy the beautiful Nanxi River. Before the start of the activity, all the alumni selected, tested, exchanged vehicle information and riding points, especially our elder brother Xue Fei, who is more than 2 meters tall, and originally planned to be a support personnel in the later stage, but was affected by the warm atmosphere on the scene, so they temporarily decided to change equipment to participate in the ride. When night came, the customized dinner party and the bonfire party were held as scheduled. All the alumni gathered around the fire to taste the barbecue flavor of natural fireworks and indulge in singing and dancing. This gathering of alumni reflects the spirit of teamwork and gathering of CKGSB. It coincides with the close friends of the students, and the friendship is long. It is not that layer peak does not get together. The alumni of CKGSB exchange face to face, or share their feelings, or share their wisdom at the banquet.

On the morning of November 6, run along the beautiful Nanxi River and taste the authentic Wenzhou farmhouse. Here, beautiful Wenzhou, beautiful Ouhai, the 39th reunion of CKGSB, the trip to Wenzhou came to a successful conclusion. Every moment has a good memory, and every alumnus has his own travel videos and travel notes. The exchange is always here, and it is difficult to benefit from it.
