Opening ceremony of Qihang College in 2022

At 14:30 on October 7, 2022, Ouhai Glasses Co., Ltd. held the opening ceremony of the 2022 Qihang College in the ladder classroom. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Wang, President of Qihang University (concurrently), Mr. Yao Yonghe, Director of Operation, Mr. Qi Fei, Vice President of Production, Mr. Chen Binhui, Vice President of Logistics, Mr. Li Lei, Vice President of Operation of Yage Branch, Mr. Zhang Rui, Acting Chief Engineer, as well as the Executive Vice President, Lecturer, Head Teacher of Qihang University and the 2022 class students.

At the beginning of the ceremony, all members sang the Song of Ouhai. Then, Mr. Wang delivered a speech. In his speech, Mr. Wang elaborated on three aspects. The first is the orientation of Qihang College. Ouhai's corporate culture is "military+school+family", that is, to create a disciplined military culture, a warm family culture and a culture of educating people without discrimination. Qihang College is the education and training institution of our company. On the one hand, we should educate Ouhai's employees to develop some behaviors in training, become well-trained people, and form a training culture within the enterprise. This is the need of an excellent enterprise and also a social responsibility. On the other hand, Qihang College is the Huangpu Military Academy for Ouhai talent cultivation. We constantly improve the professional skills and management level of technical and management talents at all levels through training activities such as new cadre class, youth cadre class, middle level class, special training class, special lectures, and constantly enrich our talent team to meet the talent needs of enterprise development. The second is that the expectation for students is to achieve three "truths", namely, true learning, true knowledge and true use. True learning means that every student should have a strong desire to learn and take the initiative to learn. When you come to the classroom, you should put aside your work and listen to the lectures and take notes without distractions. True knowledge is to comprehend and think more about the knowledge learned in class. It is wise to hold what you know and admit what you don't know. The true use is to learn to apply, learn to find problems in work, apply the knowledge learned to practical work, constantly improve the problems in work, and constantly improve own professional skills, management level and work performance. The third is that the requirement for teachers is to be "sincere". Sincerity includes three aspects: first, preparing lessons carefully. As a teacher, you should carefully prepare for each lesson and carefully teach it. You can't waste dozens of students' time. Second, there is no reservation. As a teacher, you should have an unreserved mind when imparting knowledge to students, and answer their questions patiently. Third, seek truth from facts. The ancients said that there was a time when they heard about Taoism, and there was a specialization in the art industry. In some aspects, what the teacher said may not be professional or correct. As a teacher or student, you must have the spirit of seeking truth from facts.

At the ceremony, Mr. Wang issued letters of appointment to 5 special lecturers and 10 senior lecturers, and issued letters of appointment to the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Federation. At the same time, Mr. Wang, the special lecturer team and the head teacher also held a book awarding ceremony of Hongyi Anthology written by Mr. Wang for students.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Yang Miaomiao, the lecturer's representative, Mr. Ruan Shengfei, the class teacher's representative, Li Yu, the trainee's representative, and Zhang Xu, the chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions made speeches respectively.

Finally, after the host delivered the concluding remarks, the 2022 class opening ceremony ended smoothly in the school motto of all members shouting "improve yourself and influence others".
