The 27th "Ouhai Cup" basketball match kicked off

At 20:40 p.m. on June 7, 2022, the 27th "Ouhai Cup" basketball match of Ouhai glasses Co., Ltd. was solemnly opened. This game is also the first basketball game in the new factory. The guests attending this opening ceremony are Mr. Wang Fenghua, general manager, Mr. Yao Yonghe, operation director, Mr. Chen Binhui, deputy general manager of central logistics, Mr. Li Lei, deputy general manager of production, and Mr. Zhang Rui, acting chief engineer. A total of 14 United teams participated in this competition, including eight teams in the men's group and six teams in the women's group. The eight men's groups are engineering quality assurance team, acetate men's team ,logistics plastic men's team, metal men's team, office men's team, processing accessories men's team, Yager injection men's team and Yager acetate - metal men's team. The six women's teams are engineering quality assurance women's team, processing accessories women's team, logistics office women's team, plate plastic women's team, metal women's team and Yager women's team.

After the host introduced the guests and the participating teams, Mr. Wang delivered an opening speech for the competition. In his speech, Mr. Wang focused on the following three aspects.

1. Inherit the positive and enterprising spirit of sports. I remember in the old factory, our basketball court was a non-standard basketball court painted by the current Vice President Qi (former member of the Federation of trade unions) and the members of the Federation of trade unions on the open space of the factory. We successfully held 26 "Ouhai Cup" basketball matches on the simple basketball court of the old factory. During this period, we have inherited the spirit of being proactive, United and cooperative through basketball. After moving to the new factory, the company invested hundreds of thousands to build a new standard basketball court. I hope Ouhai people will inherit Ouhai's fine tradition and bring the aggressive sports spirit to work.

2. Apply the "count at the top" strategy to the competition. "Count at the top" is a strategic project of Ouhai. The goal of the company is to "become one of the best optical manufacturing enterprises in China". On the field, although it is said that the sports competition is "friendship first, competition second". But in the actual competition, we should still work hard and strive for the best result. In this regard, director Yao did a good job. Every Friday, in the "three play three" manager basketball activity, he led Wang Xun, manager of the second sales department, and An Xiangming, manager of the fourth sales department, to strive for every scoring opportunity with great effort. Even if the score was behind, he had to fight until the last minute. If he loses the game, he will sit down and seriously summarize and reflect. I hope director Yao will bring the fighting spirit on the court and the working methods of careful summary and reflection to the sales team to strive for opportunities and grab more orders.

3. Let's make life better. The company's strategic project includes "high requirements, high pressure and high welfare". It's difficult to work in Ouhai without a strong body. In order to create more benefits for employees after high-intensity work, when planning the new factory, the company has planned basketball courts, gyms, libraries, kindergartens, multi-function halls, table tennis halls, yoga rooms and other leisure, fitness and entertainment places for employees. We hope that all workers can make good use of these facilities, exercise well, and devote themselves to work with abundant physical strength and full spirit.

After the opening ceremony, we ushered in the opening game of the 27th "Ouhai Cup": engineering quality assurance men's team PK Yager injection men's team. After 40 minutes of fierce competition, the Yager injection men's team won the engineering quality assurance men's team with a total score of 75:55, winning a good start.
