Part of the reason is that the human resources department has more affairs to clean up the mess, that is, the content of inspection has increased. Including off-duty three-step inspection, on-duty welcome inspection, daily health and discipline inspection, attendance inspection, dormitory inspection, etc. The responsibility of the manager is to manage people, directors and creation. The manager and management of the production workshop should pay close attention to the daily management of hygiene, discipline and attendance, rather than the inspection of the human resources department and the general manager's office every day. Glasses manufacturing industry is not high-tech, it is a labor-intensive enterprise, which is affected by many human factors.
