From December 18 to December 20, 2021, the Strategy Conference of 2022 was grandly held in the WenZhou Ouhai company's new industrial park. The agenda of 2022 strategy meeting mainly includes seven aspects: operation summary in 2021, understanding and practice results sharing of enterprise vision, mission, values and objectives, analysis of establishing competitive advantage and winning customers, review of strategic projects, discussion of KPI key indicators, sharing of 2022 plan and discussion results, and summary of 2022 strategy meeting. In the strategy meeting, Mr. Wang expounded that the establishment of competitive advantage and winning customers should be realized from the following aspects around “stay alive and living better”. That is, cost leadership, differentiation, scale advantage, experience curve, discipline, efficiency, etc. Combined with the long-term planning of the enterprise, it gives richer and deeper meanings to strategic projects such as the whole industrial chain planning, sustained performance growth, focusing on advantages, focusing on surrounding strong production, borderless management and smart Ouhai.
The group discussion continued with the 2021's theme of “building competitive advantage and winning customers”. Under the guidance of vice presidents, the discussion focused on corporate philosophy, strategic projects, KPI key indicators and other topics. Together with the Department Manager, analyze the gains and losses in the work in 2021, carry out criticism and self-criticism, determine the reform direction and improvement countermeasures, and clarify the evaluation objectives of KPI key indicators in 2022. At the same time, the discussion results, rationalization suggestions and proposals were shared.
In the summary of the strategy meeting, Mr. Wang pointed out that the enterprise planning, strategic projects and department work plans should focus onprice, delivery time, quality, R & D and comprehensive services to meet the concerns of customers.
