In view of the increasingly difficult recruitment of grass-roots operators, the company has invested a lot of money in technological transformation and intelligent manufacturing in recent years. Today, the plate CNC workshop and injection molding workshop have basically realized automation. So, what changes and dividends have technological transformation and intelligent manufacturing brought to enterprises? 1. The problem of difficult recruitment has been solved through technical transformation. Before 2008, the plate workshop was basically dominated by manual machines. The recruitment of employees starting every Spring Festival has always been a difficult problem: the return to factory rate of old employees is low, and new employees can't be recruited. The main reason is that the environment of the workshop is noisy, the risk coefficient of hand manual machines is high, and employees' fingers are often injured. The introduction of intelligent equipment not only reduces the demand of employees, but also reduces the technical content of operators. 2. The unit per capita efficiency has been improved through technical transformation. In 2005, the per capita efficiency of the plate production line was only more than a dozen. Through the introduction of intelligent equipment, the human efficiency has been increased several times that of 2005. 3. Replace some manual processes through technical transformation. Two years ago, the processes such as degating , grinding nozzle and viewing table in the injection molding workshop required employees to operate. Through the application and promotion of automatic robot arm, these processes no longer need manual operation. The injection molding workshop has changed from a workshop that relied heavily on manual operation and labor-intensive to one of the workshops with the highest degree of intelligent application. In addition to the application of laser welding machines, automatic wire cutting machines and other equipment in the welding workshop, and the replacement of resistance machines with high-frequency machines, other processes continue the practices of 20 years ago. As the technical transformation of the welding workshop lags behind the plate and plastic production line, the welding processing still depends on skilled technicians, which indirectly makes it difficult to recruit employees in the welding workshop, and the efficiency of employees also meets the ceiling. The company has wanted to expand the production capacity of the welding workshop since May last year, but it has not achieved the goal of expanding production due to the difficulty of recruiting welding technicians.
Embrace and drive change
In recent years, in the process of promoting technological transformation and intelligent manufacturing, a number of management cadres and technicians who actively responded to the company's call and dared to promote change, such as Huang Fusheng in the cutting room, Lai Zhen in the injection molding workshop, ye quanbiao of the engineering department, etc., played an exemplary and leading role in promoting technological transformation and intelligent manufacturing. Through continuous learning, active exploration and mutual consultation, they find solutions to problems, so as to realize the application of intelligent equipment. Especially in the injection molding workshop, no matter what kind of new equipment, the team led by Lai Zhen will think carefully and take the lead in successful application. In contrast, the management cadres and technicians in the plate beating workshop have not done enough in the application of new equipment. For example, the automatic plate beating machine was tried out for several months and ended up in nothing. After several twists and turns, the bending machine began to be used in batch. In the face of reform, there are always some employees who are half a beat slower than the company, or their enthusiasm is not high, or even have resistance. In the face of new ideas, new things and new methods, we should accept them with an open mind. In the face of new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials, we should have the spirit of research and practice the enterprise value of "embracing and driving change" with practical actions.
Give play to the leading role of the engineering department in technology.
An enterprise's culture is the soul and technology is the backbone. The company clearly defines that the engineering department should have four functions: Technology Center, technical data center, technical talent training center and new product R & D center. When playing the role of Technology Center, we should start with the research, development, popularization and application of new materials, new processes and new equipment. We cannot rely on the production workshop to test new materials and processes, and we cannot let the production workshop try out new equipment, because the production workshop is a battlefield and a position for mass manufacturing products, so the engineering department should play a pioneering role in technological innovation. In the future, the company will divide the work of Engineering PE into two parts. One part of PE is responsible for new product planning and customer service. The other part of PE is responsible for the R & D, application and promotion of new materials, new processes and new equipment, as well as action analysis, process transformation, human and machine efficiency evaluation.
Facing the current employment environment, we should keep up with the pace of the intelligent era and face new ideas, new things and new methods with an open mind. Face new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials with the spirit of research.
