Raising your hand means that when you encounter problems that cannot be solved by your own ability or responsibility and authority, and see phenomena that do not conform to logic, violate enterprise values and violate enterprise rules, you should timely feed back, report and seek resource support in a timely manner.

Create an atmosphere of daring to raise your hand.

Whether the enterprise can create an atmosphere in which employees dare to raise their hands mainly depends on the service awareness, attitude and reaction speed of the service department. For example, some time ago, the workshop found that the design of the detection die for metal trim was unreasonable. The decorative pieces that can pass the test mold in the welding workshop are installed on the spectacle frame, but there is a poor fit. After finding the problem, the production workshop fed back to the engineering department, but the NPI planner did not respond for a long time, which eventually led to the re feeding of a large number of metal decorative sheets. For another example, at the “employee representative meeting” and “self-management circle meeting”, employees reported that the hygiene of the canteen was poor, the quality of food was poor, and the canteen became a vegetable market. Although the logistics management department responded to this, the problems of employees' response have not been solved. When collecting employees' opinions later, it is obvious that employees' response to logistics problems is becoming less and less. From the above two cases, it can be seen that if the service department does not respond positively to the employee's hand raising, does not act quickly, and fails to really solve the problem or fulfill the commitment, the employee is unwilling to raise his hand again or affects the employee's enthusiasm to raise his hand. Because employees feel that since there is no response to raising their hands, they should find a way to solve it by themselves. If their ability can't solve it, they have to make do with it or put it aside. In order to create an atmosphere in which employees have the courage to raise their hands, the company has taken some incentive measures for some employees who have the courage to raise their hands in time in recent years, sorted them into cases, studied at the “self-management circle meeting” and preached at the morning meeting of all employees on Monday. For example, in the case of B001 customer's sharp tail needle scraping hand, Chen Yanmin and IQC Yang Jianying, who found that the tail needle scraping hand was raised in time, were commended, and in the case of A080 customer's broken stipule, Zeng Mei, who had the courage to raise his hand, was commended. At the same time, in the "daily cleaning and daily completion group", the company requires the party being @ to respond to the matters requested or assisted on the same day.

Cultivate the habit of willing to raise your hands.

Habit refers to a person's long-standing work attitude and lifestyle. To enable employees to cultivate the habit of willing to raise their hands, we should emancipate the staff from the following three aspects.

1. Encourage employees to pursue good things. OuHai's corporate vision is “let's live a better life”. How to make the enterprise vision find a foothold? First of all, we should let employees recognize what is good. For example, let employees know what is a good product, what qualified components are required for a good product, and what standardized processing technology is required for a good product. Only by letting employees understand the product can they have requirements for incoming materials and manufacture the product with their heart. As we often say, “let employees know what kind of rice can be cooked and what kind of dishes can be served”. In life, we should encourage employees to give more opinions and insist on giving opinions on logistics support work. Otherwise, the company's advocacy of “let employees work at ease and live comfortably”will become empty words.

2. Simplify relationships. If you want employees to develop the habit of raising their hands, you must simplify the relationship. If there is mountain-stronghold mentality and bureaucratic style , and report only the good but not the bad within the enterprise, employees will not dare to raise their hands. Because raising your hand is to let the problem see the sun. For those who raise their hands, exposing problems will offend others. Therefore, relationship simplification is also one of the necessary conditions to emancipate employees' minds and be willing to raise their hands.

3. We should that no pretending to know what we actually don't know. We will always encounter problems at work that can't solve. At this time, team members should face up to their shortcomings and seek external resources or help in time. The ancients said that “Road have been heard, surgery specializing in industry”. Everyone's knowledge, vision, professional background and technical expertise are different. No one can be comprehensive and proficient in everything. Only when we has a correct understanding of our own advantages and disadvantages, can't hide, don't escape and raise our hand actively.

Improve the mechanism for raising hands

To create a culture of raising hands, we should not only create an environment for daring to raise hands and emancipate employees' minds, but also improve the mechanism for employees to raise hands. With the advent of the information age, how to make it easy for employees to raise their hands and for service departments to receive information and respond quickly is also a problem we should think about. Therefore, the company requires the information department to develop the lighting system. By scanning the code, employees can fill in the contents to be reported or raised their hands in the system. The service department can also receive the information at the first time, arrive at the site to understand the reasons and reply to the processing time limit. At the same time, the system can also alert tasks that have not been completed within the specified time limit. 

To create an atmosphere in which employees have the courage to raise their hands is to require the service department to improve service awareness. If there is no sense of service, even if the employees' hands are "sour", the service department will pretend to sleep. If the service attitude is poor, employees have to choose that self-help is better than help from others, or make do with it or shelve it. If the service department can't respond quickly, employees will turn a blind eye to things.  To develop the habit that employees are willing to raise their hands, it is necessary to simplify the relationship, guide employees to pursue beautiful things, and let team members correctly understand themselves, so as to know what they know and what they don't know. At the same time, the company should also improve the mechanism for employees to raise their hands and the service department to receive information and respond quickly.
