First, confront problem

Individual management cadres also feel that quality control personnel do not understand the pain and fatigue of the production department, the in the mind feel wronged. As the management cadre of the welding workshop, first of all, we should reflect on the quality problems such as the backflow, the dip Angle and the screw not tightening reflected by QA. Is it true that the quality problems exist? Is it a problem that must be solved right now? I do not deny that the welding department has been under heavy load and production pressure since the start of construction this year. Both management cadres and grass-roots employees often work overtime in order to catch up with the goods. However, we should not replace facts with emotions at work. We should not ignore problems because we are under great pressure and tired from work. For another example, the human resources department and the production unit have different views on the failure to retain employees. The human resources department believes that the failure to retain employees is caused by the problems of the employer, while the employer believes that the responsibility should not be transferred to the production department if a new employee leaves during the probation period. The two departments have their own reasons, both sides have their own reasons, and the final problem of staff loss is still not solved. The Human Resources Department is the leading department of recruitment, employment and retention, so how to recruit qualified employees, how to give full play to their talents and how to retain excellent employees are all within the scope of its functions. Even if the management cadre of the production unit does not do a good job of retaining staff, it also shows that the human resources department has a problem in the mechanism of appointing management cadre. All in all, we must be realistic about problems. It is normal to have different opinions on work, but we should strive for harmony among gentlemen while seeking differences. The problem cannot be solved by buck-passing and censure. Disputes and disputes over quality should also return to the rational principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences.

For this reason, the company requires the quality assurance department to develop quality standards for each process according to the four levels of A+, A, B and C. We should not only meet the quality requirements of customers, but also avoid the waste of resources and costs caused by excessive quality. On the other hand, the polishing technology of the grass-roots cadres in the welding workshop is not good. The grass-roots cadres in the spot welding workshop are all promoted from the machine adjuster in the welding workshop. Most of them lack the polishing technology, and the training ability of polishing personnel is even more insufficient. When problems occur, we should not only focus on passing the problem on to others, but on how we can help other departments solve the problem. We will learn from Zhang Jiyu, the person in charge of the electroplating factory with a background of polishing, and Kou Jikui, the manager of titanium frame polishing, who will take the initiative to help the welding workshop train the polishing staff, and assist the technical committee to define the polishing disc, polishing wax, rotating speed, polishing technique and other contents of various products. With the continuous growth of the enterprise, the organizational construction of the enterprise is constantly sound, the division of labor is more and more clear. But the division of labor can't be separated, in the big family of Ouhai, in order to achieve the common goal, the company requires all levels of management cadres should have the spirit of cooperation and the overall concept, in the work can achieve information and resources sharing, can achieve the exchange of needed and mutual help.
Three, positive efforts
Since the establishment of central logistics, the work of the production department is relatively simplified, no longer like before to the warehouse to do material matching, to do production planning, etc. The main work of the production department is to concentrate on grasping efficiency and output. With the passage of time, the working attitude of production management is more and more passive. Basically, it does what comes, and it is not active in handling the exception. It does not grasp the finishing work tightly, and it does not pay much attention to the production quantity. The company's strategic project "focus on the periphery, strong production" is aimed at strengthening the execution of production rather than making the management cadres of production departments lazy. As the production manager, we should be responsible for the organizational goals of the department. When any factors affect the achievement of the performance goals of the department, we should raise our hands and raise questions. No matter which link has the problem or which department is responsible, we should all participate in solving it, actively improve it, and integrate resources to complete the task. For example, when the production manager finds that the unreasonable scheduling of the production controller affects the output of the department, he/she should participate in the formulation of the weekly plan and assist the production controller to reasonably match the orders according to the existing resources of the workshop, so as to maximize the output and the utilization of personnel and equipment. At this point, the company advocates everyone to learn from several core salesmen in the business department, so as to take the initiative and be proactive.
Confronting problems means seeking truth from facts, not evading problems, not replacing facts with emotions, seeking common ground while reserving differences in solving problems, and achieving harmony and differences between gentlemen. Solidarity and cooperation is to organize a common goal, to achieve information and resource sharing, to achieve mutual exchange and help each other. Proactive means to take the initiative around the organizational goal.
