If the work is not pragmatic, it will affect the work efficiency, will cause a waste of cost, can’t reflect the real value of the work, will also give the enterprise internal volume. So how to reduce the work is not pragmatic to the enterprise caused by the volume?
First, do a good job of source planning
The success or failure of many projects is determined at the planning stage. Like a bad seed, if you sow it, it will rot; it will not take root. Third, work to bear the annoyance
Whether it is routine work, project implementation, or handling exceptions, you should be able to tolerate annoyance. Enterprise operation is a complex systematic project. According to the overall goal and planning of the project, he should define the scope of the project in detail, define the content of the sub-project, summarize the work structure (WBS), clarify the responsible person, make the implementation plan and other contents, and track the progress of each sub-project timely to ensure that all the milestones can achieve the expected results.
