Whether an enterprise is competitive is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is hard power, that is, competitive products; The second is soft power, mainly in the customer, team and culture. To observe and learn from Huawei, we should not only observe the flowers, applause and influence of Huawei after its success, but also dig deeply into the story, logic and spirit behind its success. In my opinion, the following five aspects are the direction for our team to study and work hard in the future.
First, build a good team.
Huawei's organizational structure is similar to that of a spider's web. Combined with Ouhai's own situation, from the vertical point of view, is to emphasize that all modules should be strong, can’t appear short board, each department should play a functional role. Horizontally speaking, information sharing, consultation and decision-making mechanisms should be established among departments of business, production, logistics, engineering, quality, human resources, finance and information. When dealing with problems, we do not need to give feedback and report from the bottom up according to the bureaucratic system. Small teams at the grassroots level should not rely on the upper level to integrate resources, make decisions and arrange problems. Small teams within or between small teams should be able to communicate, negotiate and make decisions horizontally and deal with some problems independently. Within the enterprise to achieve similar to the spider web vertical and horizontal information exchange, rapid response and borderless management. For team members, each post is the support point of the network, and each person has his own responsibility. Second, take good care of customers
Customers are our life and clothing. Without customers, there would be no orders. In fact, this is our traditional way to treat customers to apply to the business. For example, when a guest wants to come home, first of all, the host will go to the gate to greet the guests, the guests will be served tea, will bring some melon seeds or fruit for the guests to eat, and accompany guests to chat, etc. When serving customers, we can apply the scenario simulation commonly used in human resources interview to receive or serve customers. As a receptionist or customer service personnel, you can feel, if you are a customer, I expect the other side to provide what services? What do I want the supplier to do better? Is it delivery, quality, product development, or communication? Think from the customer's point of view and meet or exceed their expectations to make them lazy and "wow people with service."
Third, take good care of your employees
Take good care of the employees, or more accurately, the strivers. In the enterprise, every employee is equivalent to a soldier on the battlefield. If employees are not taken good care of and their worries are not solved, they cannot be fully engaged in customer service. If an enterprise wants to develop steadily, it must build a stable and effective team in each module. The strength of team fighting often depends on whether the team members have the morale to fight, whether they have a good sense of service, whether they have professional knowledge and skills, whether they have rich work experience. For example, plastic product customer line, the annual employee return to the factory rate is only 50-60%, every year to train a number of new employees, because of the instability of plastic product employees will lead to quality is not good, delivery time is difficult to guarantee. Take good care of the staff should start from two aspects: one is to establish a scientific distribution mechanism. Logistics support is not only to solve a series of daily life problems such as food, accommodation and so on, but also to take good care of the employees' families, so that the employees who are at the forefront of the battle have no worries at home. Company executives encourage employees to bring their families with them to enjoy the happiness of family and family, and always pay attention to the growth and education of employees' children, and try their best to send employees' children to the best schools. In addition, the company has planned a kindergarten and nursery in the new factory, and plans to recruit 2-3 teachers to take the employees' children to school and help them with their homework.
Fourth, make the product good
Good products can reflect the hard power of an enterprise, but also reflect the strength of an enterprise's competitiveness of the main elements. To make products well, we should make efforts from the following three aspects: First, we should make the current products well, to ensure that we provide customers with stable quality. In other words, we should improve our core competitiveness in manufacturing. As a manufacturing sector, we should not be unambitious, unambitious and dependent on outsourcing. The main reason is that they are constantly innovating and consumers are willing to pay for their products even when they are expensive. In recent years, we have serious deficiencies in innovation, such as plastic steel frame, double-color frame, nylon frame, degradation and environmental protection products have not been recommended to customers in batches, the main reason is that some processes are not mature enough. In terms of innovation, we can’t have the spirit of Ah Q, can’t know that they are the tortoise outrun the rabbit, still sleeping late, we must constantly develop new materials, new technology and new products, to create new selling points for the sales department.
Fifth, build a good culture
