We should let employees know what 6S is, why 6S is carried out, how to carry out 6S, what level should be achieved at each stage of the implementation, etc. To this end, the company will restart the manager's reading party in 2021. The contents of the reading party will start from 6S on-site management, and the two leaders of the leading department of 6S will serve as the teaching teachers. We should let the department heads first understand the purpose, principles, methods and other contents of the implementation of 6S site management, and then let them to train grass-roots management. When the bottom line management understand these contents, then go to train the front line staff. In short, as the leader of 6S site management can’t take the inspection report and the deduction of points processing as the result.
