Second, Ability to meet commitments
Middle and high-level managers should have the ability to fulfill their promises. They should be sincere to customers, enterprises, superiors and colleagues. They should do what they promise and fulfill what they promise. They should not empty their guns, find reasons and escape from reality. For example, the production target promised by Argus factory has not been achieved for several consecutive months, which is a typical performance of lacking the ability to fulfill the commitment. For our management cadres, the targets assigned are used to achieve, the goals set are used to achieve, and the tasks assigned are used to complete. We should have the spirit of meeting mountains and rivers and meeting our mission. Third, Ability of data statistics and Application

The analysis of the problem should be based on objective data. The healthy operation of the enterprise can be reflected by revenue and profit data, whether the delivery time management is good can be reflected by the delivery date, cycle and other indicators, and the quality control can be reflected by the first inspection pass rate, customer complaints, quality abnormal loss and other data. In management, we should not rely on emotion, sensibility, feeling and story telling, but should explain the problem through objective statistical data. Therefore, the company has developed a lot of analysis reports in ERP system according to different management modules. It is hoped that the department heads can maintain the accuracy of data, pay attention to the data, and find problems through data analysis and find the direction of improvement or improvement. Many times, when our management cadres fail to achieve their goals, they are criticized and feel aggrieved. For enterprises, profit is the bottom line of their survival. This shows that our team is not lack of problem-solving ability, but lack of spontaneous improvement and promotion thinking, or our team is a problem-oriented team. An excellent team should have the ability of spontaneous execution, be able to find problems automatically, think independently and solve problems spontaneously
Team cooperation ability is for the common interests of the company and customers, through communication and cooperation to maximize work efficiency and the company's interests. The ability to fulfill the commitment requires that the company's management cadres must do what they say and do, and try their best to achieve the promised goals. The ability of data statistics and application requires us to find problems and find solutions through scientific data analysis.
