Second,Management cadres should guard against emergency

There are four aspects to be taken into consideration in the prevention of emergency for management cadres. First, lay a good foundation. From the basketball activities organized by our manager team every Friday, we can see that many players are always eager to score, but their basic skills are not solid, and the percentage of hits is very low. Second, pay attention to the process. Everything has its own law of development, just as a fruit tree wants to harvest fruit, it must go through the natural growth or cultivation process, such as breeding, planting seedlings, loosening soil, watering, fertilizing, shooting branches, flowering and so on. Some management cadres talk about theories one after another, seldom pay attention to the implementation process of subordinate work, seldom go to the scene to understand the actual situation, and seldom give guidance or provide corresponding resources to subordinates in time. This shows that the staff of the logistics department do not know how to improve. If there is no improvement for a long time, there must be something wrong with our willingness to improve, or the motivation for improvement is insufficient. In terms of improvement, we can't rely on the pressure from customers or senior management of the company. We should know how to drive ourselves. We can't do analysis every day without action. Data analysis is to provide basis or direction for improvement, not analysis for analysis. We should understand that the improvement result is the result we want.


Third,Management cadres should guard against impetuousness

Two days ago, I checked the monthly summary report of salesman and the report of cooperation with customers. I found that many salesmen (even regional managers) did not do as required by the company, and the content and quality of the report did not meet the requirements. The summary report of individual salesman is directly copied and pasted from previous reports. This shows that our salesmen and management cadres are impetuous in their work, do not pay attention to the quality and details of work, and do not shave pigs. Because the management cadres do not pay attention to quality and details, our products can not stand the inspection, the implementation process can not withstand the inspection, and the implementation results can not stand the verification. In dealing with our work, we should avoid and get rid of the conceited and impetuous ideological style and be a realistic perfectionist. Within the scope of capacity and resources, we should do it best or not


To prevent corruption is to require management cadres to do things honestly and to be honest and upright.
