In recent years, the driving force of internal reform and innovation of enterprises mainly comes from the external and high-level, such as what we saw and learned from visiting other enterprises and participating in exhibitions, or from the recommendation of equipment factories and parts factories, or from the needs of customers, or from the requirements of senior management. The willingness of reform and innovation within the team is not strong, and the self driving force is insufficient. There are few people to explore and ponder over the pain points encountered in the process of internal operation of enterprises, and few people are determined to solve these pain points, so as to seize the commanding height for the competitiveness of enterprises
First, Improve the willingness of reform and innovation
Innovation is the first power to lead the development and the strategic support for the sustainable development of enterprises. Our corporate values are "embracing and driving change". If we want to practice the corporate values, we need to improve our willingness to innovate. The so-called innovation intention refers to the subjective desire of innovation. The willingness to innovate determines whether to do it actively or passively under pressure, and whether innovation is "done casually" or "pushed forward with all one's strength". In recent years, the company has also carried out some technical reforms, such as soldering spring hinge, hot stamping, knife path map, tool standardization, polishing standardization, painting standardization, plastic frame water roll and other projects. Some of these projects have been pushed forward for many years before they have achieved some results, some projects have been implemented for a period of time and stopped, and some projects have not yet been covered On the whole, our reform and innovation achievements are not satisfactory and fail to achieve the expected results. What are the reasons for the unsatisfactory results of reform and innovation? I think it is our team's lack of willingness to innovate, the lack of correct grasp of the nature and necessity of innovation, accustomed to comfortable and conservative, accustomed to step-by-step, accustomed to passive acceptance. If the subjective understanding is not in place, it will have a negative impact on the sustainability of enterprise innovation. Second, Improve the ability of reform and innovation
On the one hand, the lack of willingness to innovate, on the other hand, may be the lack of innovation ability. The so-called innovation ability refers to the objective skills and resources for the implementation of innovation. In July, I took the company's high-level team to visit Yuhuan accessories factory, and found that many processing technologies in the accessory factory have been reformed automatically. For example, Kanghua's degree of automation in accessories manufacturing, the improvement of noise reduction equipment for automatic silk reeling machine, and the independent R & D and manufacturing capacity of accessories manufacturing equipment, not only let us feel the rapid progress of automation in the glasses industry, but also let me feel the lack of innovation and Reform ability of the enterprise team. To improve the ability of reform and innovation, on the one hand, we should improve the degree of specialization of our team. On the other hand, we should make efforts from three aspects: overall planning, environmental construction and resource allocation. Overall planning is to make clear the innovation orientation, innovation subject and innovation goal of enterprises in the future period, to make choices on key issues, to clarify the ways and means to obtain innovation ability, and to make arrangements and arrangements for the responsible person, key implementation path, steps, methods and time nodes of the innovation system. In order to achieve innovation results, the establishment of innovation environment is also very important. We should establish a hierarchical innovation incentive mechanism for different groups and innovation objectives, and do a good job in promoting innovation culture. Third, Reform and innovation start from the pain point
The reform and innovation of enterprises includes mechanism innovation, management innovation and technology innovation. Every reform and innovation is determined according to the actual needs of enterprise development, or to solve the internal pain points of the enterprise. What are pain points? The pain point is the stubborn problem which has been perplexing the enterprise for a long time and must be solved at present, or the problem that the enterprise will face in the future development. For example, the embedded management mode implemented by the company is to solve the problems that some departments' objectives are not clear and the implementation process deviates from the track. In addition, in the past few years, the injection molding frame has been plagued by such problems as mold closing line, grinding nozzle, scraping ring and scraping. Although the processes of nozzle grinding, ring scraping and scraping seem simple, they increase the labor cost, prolong the manufacturing cycle and affect the product quality. In fact, these processes can be solved by mold improvement or machine replacement. This year, the company has basically solved the problems of mold closing line, nozzle grinding, ring scraping and scraping by means of machine replacement, mold improvement and water rolling process reform. For example, to eliminate the flash process of accessories is to deal with the problems faced by enterprises in the future. The working environment of accessories flash is relatively dirty, messy and poor. As the post-90s and post-00s will become the main force of enterprises, these processes will face the problem of difficult recruitment. I have stressed more than once that these processes should be replaced by technical and mechanical transformation. In terms of mechanism innovation, we should also keep pace with the times and avoid the emergence of "soldiers who do not pull carriages". The story of "soldiers without pulling horses" is: at the beginning of taking office, a young and promising artillery officer visited his subordinate units. He found the same thing in several units: during a drill, there was always a soldier standing under the barrel of a cannon. The officer did not understand, and the answer was: This is what the drill regulations require. The officers went back to the military literature and found that: for a long time, the artillery drill regulations still follow the rules of the non mechanized era. The task of the soldier standing under the barrel is to hold the reins of the horse (at that time, the artillery was carried to the front by the carriage), so as to adjust the distance deviation due to recoil force after the artillery was fired, and reduce the time needed for re aiming. At present, the level of automation and mechanization of artillery is very high, and such a role is no longer needed. However, the training regulations have not been adjusted in time, so "soldiers who don't pull horses" appear.
In the future work, we should stimulate the team and individual self driven innovation willingness, improve the team innovation ability, and seize the commanding point for the competitiveness of the enterprise by solving the pain points of the enterprise. And strive to cultivate innovation soil, let every employee participate in the reform and innovation, and create a kind of enterprise culture that dares to innovate and is willing to innovate in the enterprise
