Since 2005, Mr. Wang Fenghua, general manager, has led all employees to take an oath of integrity every spring meeting. The theme of the declaration is "integrity, honest, implementation and tolerance". Since 2012, the company has set up "Ji Bu Award" every year, and commended the winners at the new year's day cross year party The top management of the company wants to influence the employees through these ways, and gradually cultivate the gene of honesty to employees, let the blood of honesty penetrate into the employees' hearts day after day, so as to create an honest and trustworthy atmosphere within the enterprise. However, in the actual work, there are occasionally some dishonest events.

So, what problems will dishonest behavior bring to the enterprise?


 1. It affects work efficiency, increases manufacturing cost and prolongs manufacturing time cycle. For example, if the metal welding department and the outsourcing processing department are dishonest when handing over materials, and the physical objects handed over are not consistent with the system data, it will lead to the repeated counting points between the outsourcing processing workers and the Work shop Statistician, thus increasing the workload of the Committee workers and affecting the working efficiency of the outsourcing processing workers. Moreover, if the data handover is not clear, both sides of the handover will increase the frequency of points and send more people to count points, which will waste personnel and increase unnecessary labor costs for the enterprise. Even, due to dishonesty and inaccurate data handover, production progress will be delayed, replenishment will increase frequently, and closing progress will slow down, which will affect on-time delivery of products and increase of material cost.


2. Complicate processes and relationships. In terms of process complexity, we take quality control as an example. The company's quality requirements are "do not manufacture, transfer and receive defective products". If the personnel in the production workshop do not manufacture the products according to the standards and accept the defective products according to the requirements, the company will set more QA and CQE for patrol inspection, more QC for final inspection and more OBA for warehousing inspection. The company increases so many inspection gates, which in fact complicates the quality management process. In terms of the complexity of interpersonal relationship, we still take material handover as an example. If the material handover between the previous process and the next process is unclear, and the two parties do not trust each other, the company has to entrust financial personnel to witness it. If there is any dispute between the two parties, the company has to arrange a third party to investigate such accidents, and increase the intermediaries and investigators to assist in handling this matter In fact, the essence is to complicate the interpersonal relationship, which deviates from the company's management concept of "relationship simplification".


3. It affects the reputation of the enterprise. In recent years, the company has received sporadic feedback from customers about the inconsistency between the physical goods and the delivery packing list. These seem to be some small customer complaints, but they reflect that our packaging personnel are not rigorous and honest. Objectively speaking, it more or less affects the trust of customers in our company.

 

There are a lot of damages to the internal management and customers caused by dishonesty. We will not go over them here one by one. So, how to set up the integrity in our enterprise? How to be an honest and trustworthy Ouhai people?

 

1. Select the base material. We should select the employees with good quality, honesty and trustworthiness to join Ouhai, especially the management members. As the saying goes: virtue and talent can do good things, talent can do bad things without virtue, and virtue can do stupid things without virtue. A person with bad moral character and base material has no pragmatic style and sense of responsibility. When encountering problems, he always finds reasons and shirks responsibility. He needs others to supervise everything, and even plays cat and mouse games. Therefore, we must resolutely eliminate the cadres and employees with poor base materials; even if a dishonest person has strong ability, he cannot stay in Ouhai. We should resolutely remove these dishonest tumors to prevent them from infecting others and forming a window breaking effect.


2. Strengthen education. The company's employment policy is people-oriented and education first. Since its establishment, Ouhai has been operating with a mission. We believe that the enterprise is not only a place to manufacture and sell products, but also a place to educate and train people. Only when the quality of the staff is improved and the integrity awareness of the staff is strengthened, can we make good products, serve customers and make the enterprise sustainable development. As Mr. Wang Fenghua, the general manager, often said to us, "he who has the same desire wins.". For some new employees or employees who make mistakes for the first time, we still need to take the attitude of curing the disease and saving the people, and educate and guide them. Let them understand the management concept of the enterprise, identify our values from the heart, and embody the management concept of integrity in every action of work and life. At the same time, our management cadres should play the role of role models, influence subordinates through their own words and deeds, and transfer positive energy to employees at all times.

 

In the book on learning, "if you are not sincere in learning, you will learn miscellaneous things; if you are not sincere in doing things, you will lose things; if you are not sincere in thinking, you will deceive yourself and abandon yourself; if you are not sincere with others, you will lose virtue and increase resentment.". This tells people that they should be honest in seeking knowledge, seeking things, self-cultivation and dealing with the world, otherwise they will learn but not be refined, seek things but not succeed, deceive themselves and abandon themselves, and lose virtue and generate resentment. For Ouhai's employees, integrity is to work hard, be honest, and strictly follow the company's systems, standards, processes to implement, do their own work, and strive to complete the task.

 

The company has carried out major demerit recording and inspection on several management members who are dishonest in the metal welding department, the purpose of which is to safeguard the banner of "honest operation" of the enterprise, and through the handling of this matter, to play a certain warning role for other employees. We believe that after internal rectification and strengthening education, the unhealthy trend within the enterprise will be contained and the banner of integrity will be displayed.
