We are back to work today

Glad to announce that we are back to work today and pleased to see all of you again.

An unanticipated event emerged as the outbreak of coronavirus stroke China and the rest of the world right at the beginning of 2020, disrupting hundreds of millions. A huge sacrifice as it is, the Chinese government has taken a bold measure in order to tackle the problem of this epidemic, locking down the whole province of Hubei and requiring thousands of facilities across the nation to shut down for an extended time, which might drastically impact the profitability of those companies. Though affected by the delay, our company, under the leadership of Mr.Wang, has taken several steps to respond to the national requirement. A number of online meetings have been arranged to figure out how this epidemic could be controlled and prevented, how to comfort employees and the way customer concerns can be addressed. After these meetings, an epidemic prevention and control working group has been set up to guide the work in terms of collaborating as well as fund and supplies raising. Measures have been introduced and policies implemented. The company’s work plan of epidemic prevention and control has been reviewed and approved by the headquarter for control of epidemic of Novel Coronavirus pneumonia in Ouhai District, Wenzhou, and a notice permitting the resumption of work has been authorized. We are here back to work thanks to these efforts we have made.

The company has arranged that personnel responsible disinfect all sections of the factory areas twice a day, leaving no dead ends. Places and things that can be frequently reached such as offices, escalators and doorknobs are being extensively disinfected or sanitized. Moreover, masks and disposable industrial gloves have been allocated to everyone and anyone entering the factory area are to accept body temperature measurement and make sure masks and gloves are worn properly. Besides, each office is equipped with isopropyl alcohol. Measures like these have to be taken strictly in order to ensure a safe working environment.

Earlier today, a group of management personnel led by Mr.Wang examined various sectors of the factory, aiming to guide the work of epidemic prevention, work resumption and production arrangement. ‘The epidemic is not over yet,’ said Mr.Wang during his inspection, “From now on we have to be cautious as it has been and the company’s anti-epidemic measurements should be meticulously implemented as usual. We will do everything we can to ensure a safe working environment that benefits our employees and hence their families. Under that circumstance, of course we are getting the production and operation back to normal, reclaiming what has been lost and rushing to complete the delayed orders from our customers. 

We are reducing the impact caused by the epidemic and we are confident of achieving that.”
