Good evening, everyone!

How time flies, it's time again to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new. The scene of last New Year party was still vivid in my mind , just like it was held yesterday. As we get older, you can feel how fast the time pass. I hope that everyone sit here can learn to cherish the time, cherish the present each moment and enjoy this party. As the French philosopher Camus said, "the greatest generosity to the future is to give everything to the present."

One day later, the bell of 2020 will ring. On behalf of the company, I would like to wish you all a happy new year, good luck and good health. Thank you for your support and hard work over the past year.

I remember one week ago, Zhu Yu, chairman of the Federation of industry and commerce, invited me to the Christmas party organized by the Federation of industry and commerce. I suddenly found that the time passed so fast that I didn't know that Christmas was coming. At that time, I didn't even write the blessing email to the customer, so I hurriedly put forward a pen to send the blessing to the customer. When I was raising my pen, I had mixed feelings and wondered what would be better this year? I don't want to write some everyday polite words. I think I should share what I want to say with my customers in the festival.

The festival is a time of blessing and gratitude. Ouhai can develop to this day, we have what virtue, how can, how lucky. In the past, we always thought that our ability is outstanding to drive the development of the enterprise. The practice has proved that the ability of individuals is limited. What really drives the development of the enterprise is the opportunity of the times, the efforts of the team, the efforts of the employees, and the most important is the patience and constant guidance of the customers. Therefore, in addition to blessing, we should also be grateful for this era, for customers, for our team, and for all the employees working on the front line.

Thanks this era! I always think that this is the best time in Chinese history. Everyone has food, clothes, books, jobs and houses. There is no war on the border, and the people can live and work in peace and contentment. Our generation witnessed the changes of China's reform and opening up. We watched China move from being weak to being rich and strong. We have a more and more material and happy life. We are lucky to be born in this era. We should know how to be grateful and cherish. That's why I ask all employees to be patriotic and able to sing the national anthem. Every week a company has to raise the national flag. Every new year's Day party, the opening chorus is the reason for the classic red songs. We need to understand how we can have today's day without a strong country. I want to let my colleagues form a sense of national identity in the simplest way. The best treasure is gratitude!

Thanks our customers! Thank them for their patience and guidance to us. Without their patience and guidance, there would be no development of Ouhai today. Looking back on the past, Ouhai has developed in bumps and waves, which is related to our corporate style and development history. Ouhai's scale has grown from small to large. Our management has been from simple to systematic. Our products have been moving from low-end to medium and high-end. Our products range from single to complete. We have never experienced these growth before. With the spirit of fearlessness of the unknown, we only know how to close the door and do things. We don't know where to learn, where to ask for advice. With our own efforts, we are constantly groping forward. More than 95% of the cadres and technicians in Ouhai are trained by themselves. All the management knowledge comes from the practice and learning in Ouhai, including myself. We are united, passionate and hard-working. But in the early stage, we were not professional enough, which led to continuous problems in the process of cooperation with customers. Customers guided us all the way. In customer guidance and continuous problem-solving, we gradually grow up, learn from the lessons, and gradually form a system. Imagine, without the patience of our customers, how could Ouhai develop today? Especially in the context of the global economic downturn and the Sino US trade war this year, our enterprise can still grow slightly, which is inseparable from the support of customers. I am grateful to our customers. Continuous development is the best return to customers!

Thanks our team! As I said earlier, more than 95% of our team's cadres and technicians are trained by themselves. This is the place where many people first work. I believe it is also the place where they hope to strive for life. For example, there are some outstanding representatives standing behind me. They are Chen Binhui, Li Lei, He Wei, Xiao Wei, Rui Daojun, Wang Xun, Yang Miaomiao, Zang Ruxia Colleagues, I hope you can give them warm applause. They joined Ouhai as soon as they graduated from university. I believe they should have a lot of choices during the period when they graduated from university. I am very grateful that they chose Ouhai. I am also very proud of their efforts. Now they have become the backbone of the company. When recruiting reserve cadres every year, I am thinking about how to deal with the people who have joined Ouhai. I often ask myself what would have happened if they had not chosen to join Ouhai but Huawei, Lenovo or other enterprises? Will it develop better than joining Ouhai? Every time I think about this, I have to constantly think about how to make the employees who join Ouhai grow better, and make them feel that Ouhai is their regretless choice. That's why I hope the performance of our company can keep growing every year, because only when the stage is big, the opportunities for employees are more. Only when the stage is big can everyone have a big development space. At the same time, I think we have a team that can endure hardships and strive for progress. I hope our team can always work together to do something that makes us feel proud and proud. In recent years, I have seen many companies cut jobs because of the economic downturn, and I have seen a lot of management being eliminated because their bodies and knowledge cannot keep up with the needs of enterprises. I don't want this to happen to us. That's why I force you to have a sense of crisis and keep learning and keeping fit. Keep pace with the times is the best company!

Thanks all the employees fighting in the front line! Thank you all. Without your hard work, there would be no Ouhai today. Ouhai building is built by your hands. Enterprises must be kind to you. At this point, our enterprises are not good enough. My heart aches every time I see the employee turnover rate reported in the HR report. Our team should reflect, if we treat our employees well, how can so many workers choose to leave Ouhai? If we can't even keep our employees, how can we talk about the development of the enterprise? Our new factory building is under construction. Chen Dong and I are thinking every day about how to plan the factory building and dormitory so that the staff can stay? How to make young people willing to work in factories? How to make our children willing to engage in the glasses industry? Think about going to work soon after 00, if our factory can't attract young people, then our enterprise development will be bleak. Thank you for choosing to stay in Ouhai. I hope this is a place worthy of your efforts. I also hope that Ouhai will have a good memory in your life journey. Special thanks to a group of meritorious employees who have worked in Ouhai for 10, 15, and some even for more than 20 years. It's the best loyalty to be in the same boat!

Finally, I would like to thank all the staffs and performers who made preparations for this evening party, there would be no tonight's splendidness without your hard work and pay.
