1、 Consistent goal.

Consistent goal is the basis of work together. The goal is the subjective imagination of the expected result of the activity, a subjective ideology formed in the mind, and also the expected purpose of the activity. The target is the Lighthouse of navigation, is bull's eye of the shooting. It indicates the direction and action route for the organization or individual activities. It has the core function of maintaining the relationship of all aspects of the organization and forming the direction of the system organization. Every organizational activity has a goal. For enterprises, there are company objectives, department objectives, team objectives and personal objectives. According to target duration, there are long-term goals, medium-term goals and short-term goals. Our company's long-term goal is "let our employees achieve spiritual and material harvest through our efforts, and on this basis, let our enterprise finally become one of the best optical glasses enterprises in China." The short-term goal is "increase the orders quantity and effective output." It is not only the goal of the company, but also the goal of all Departments and teams, and also the direction of everyone's efforts and actions. Each department head of the company should lead their own team to work together for this common goal. The ancients said that "those who have the same desire will win". Only when they have the same goal can they have a common dream. Only when they have a common dream can they produce a strong action force and create amazing results. On the contrary, if the goals are not same, more efforts are like expeditions in the dark, like sailing without a compass, and the result may even be the opposite of the goal. We should also use the Balanced Scorecard to decompose the company objectives into department objectives, team objectives and individual objectives of employees. In the process of setting the company goals, we should pay full attention to the personal goals of employees, and let employees participate in the setting of the company's goals as much as possible. After the company objectives have been determined, we should often preach to employees, let them recognize the objectives, and let them understand the benefits of accomplishing the objectives for the company and individuals.


2、 Do everything we can

After setting a common goal, we should also give action, sweat, hard work and wisdom for the goal. Everyone in the organization should try their best. Lao Tzu said that "people can do whatever they can, exhaust their power, and get what they want", which means that people do their work as well as they can to achieve their goals. Because company goals are divided into individuals at all levels, when individual goals are achieved, organizational goals are achieved. In the process of achieving the goals, we need to have a holistic view, do our own work well, throw away our own little interests, break the barriers between departments, and make no less efforts than anyone else for the common organizational goals. Bernard Shaw said that "life is used for what he thinks is a noble goal; life should be used up completely before he is thrown into the waste heap".

 

3、 Know your weaknesses

As the saying goes, " Sometimes a foot may prove short while an inch may prove long ". Everyone has his own strengths and weaknesses. We should have a correct and objective understanding of ourselves. On the one hand, we should learn to reflect on ourselves every day. Introspection will make you realize the shortcomings, make you humble and cut off the source of pride. At the same time, introspection can make you progress. Through daily introspection and summary, you will understand the gains and losses, then consolidate the good ones, and improve the bad ones. On the other hand, we should have the mentality of continuous learning. Confucius said, " When I walk along with two others, one of them may surely serve me as my teacher. I will select their good qualities and follow them and get rid of their bad ones." It means that there must be something worthy of my study in other people's words and deeds; I will choose others' good to study; I will see other people's shortcomings and reflect on whether I have the same shortcomings and correct them if I have them. In addition, we should learn from society, family, school, books, friends and other aspects, gradually realize the most basic principles of the whole universe or the natural principles we think, and at the same time, increase our knowledge and skills to make up for our own shortcomings. Third, when we realize our own shortcomings, we should seek help from colleagues, superiors and even subordinates with humility. Fourth, we should be altruistic when others come for help. The Analects of Confucius says that "One should not impose on others what he himself does not desire", you have to think about what you would do if you were a party. According to the modern way of speaking, as managers, we should have empathy. At the same time, the Analects also mentions that "if you want to stand up and stand up, you want to reach and reach", which means that if you want to stand up steadily, you need to think about other people's stability as well. If you want to reach, you need to consider making others reach. We must follow our own example before we reach Datong.

 

In a word, when we practice the enterprise values of "working together for win-win development", we need to have the same goal. Only when we have the same goal can we "work hard and make profits". In the process of achieving the goal, we should do our best, and make an effort that is no less than anyone else's. When we find our own shortcomings, we should solve the problems by introspection, learning, demanding external resources. The ultimate goal is to achieve the company's short-term, medium-term and long-term goals.
