These are the guidelines of our quality and production departments.  The same is true in life and other work. We must have a bottom line and guidelines when we do things.  The famous Confucianist Lu Jiuyuan in the Song Dynasty said: "When shame exists, shame exists, and shame forgets heart."  I hope that our team will be brave and brave, and seriously understand the true meaning of the company's corporate values of “respecting others and doing things with dignity”.  If you want to have dignity in front of customers, you must provide customers with satisfactory services and qualified products; if you want to have dignity in front of your boss, you must do your job well.  Doing things right at once without causing trouble for others is respecting others.  Face does not come from eloquence, nor from excuses and shudder, but from down-to-earth work and earned from performance.


2. The standard shall meet the general requirements

In the process of cooperating with customers, customers do not mean that they do not mean that there is no requirement, that customers do not mean that they do not mean that there are no standards, we do not expect customers to give us standards.  Each country has its own standards for eyewear products, such as American standards in the United States, European standards in Europe, Australian standards in Australia, and national standards in China.  Regardless of whether the customer has included the inclination angle in the inspection items during the inspection, the production department should produce according to the standard, and the quality department still checks according to the standard.  Customers choose to cooperate with us mainly on the basis of trust.  Customers believe that our products can meet their quality standards, that we can deliver on time during the signing and delivery period, and that our development technology team can understand the customer's design concepts.  Just as we choose to dine in Shangri-La, we wo n’t blanch the tableware with boiling water before eating at the roadside stall, because we believe that all tableware at Shangri-La Hotel will be cleaned and strictly disinfected.  It is also believed that flies will not be eaten in meals at the Shangri-La Hotel.  Every time a new team of new or old customers comes to visit or inspect the company, they will agree and praise our organizational structure, workshop layout, quality control process, logistics management system, etc.  If in actual cooperation, we cannot provide customers with satisfactory delivery time, quality and services, and fail to meet customer expectations, the greater the gap between customers' hearts.  What we are pursuing is that the products that the company sends to customers are exempt from inspection and are not required to be inspected by the customer, rather than being rejected by the customer; what we are pursuing is that the delivery completion rate is a green light in the customer's comprehensive score.  Such as the A080 customer order because the inclination angle does not match the drawing, this phenomenon is not consistent with our company's values, but also cannot be tolerated by our company.

 

3. Change others' perception of us by demanding ourselves to the highest standard.

To meet the basic requirements of customers, only pass the line.  Today, people all over the world are in the same global village. Doing things right is respecting others, and doing things right can win respect.  Because dignity is the bottom line of being a man, principle is the foundation of the world.  If a person loses his dignity, he will lose the basic requirements for life.  If a company does not have guidelines, it will be difficult for it to gain a foothold in the market.
