Second, whether there is any problem in the inspection process, that is, whether the inspection, modification, approval, issuance, and recycling of the drawings are carried out according to the process, whether the accessories are recognized as required, and whether the inspection of the incoming materials and the inspection of the process are completed are “three check”. The third is to judge whether it is human problem. In the process of internal control of the enterprise, people are the most critical factor. If there are problems caused by human factors, the necessary education and punishment should be imposed on the employees. We Often do not dare or unwilling to criticizing and punishing the employees for doing things out of the rules. In fact, sometimes the punishment of unruly employees is giving employees a little punishment on the surface . In fact, educating employees to take responsibility if they do not follow the rules, which also brings warnings to other members of the team.
3、Ideas at the outset to nip an evil in the bud .When we analyzing and solving problems, finding the truth of the accident out is not enough. The most important thing is to avoid the similar problems from happening again, which requires us to get the preventive measures fully prepared. In the terms of prevention, we should get prepared from two aspects. On the one hand, we need to make an accurate preventative measure according to the problems itself and prove it by experimental findings. That definitely is what the company required that no feasible preventive measures and treatment results did not verified is unacceptable. On the other hand, those responsible for the accident and their teams not accept a good education , which not allowed to exist. People are the first resource of enterprise operation , with the largest variable. It is the executor and guardian of the system and process. Any problem may involve people, so the responsible person and the team should be educated accordingly. Through case analysis, employees are made aware of the seriousness of the problem and the consequences of the randomness of the work, Through training, employees can truly master the way to prevent problems, and through criticism and education, they can instill the management concept of being rule-oriented and disciplined into employees' mind.

When we deal with the problems, we need to find the truth of things, and also need to find the logic, which can do a good job of prevention.
