At 14:30 on February 19, 2019, the company held an administrative extension meeting in the multi-purpose hall in 2019.Not only did it summarized the achievements of the company in 2018,but also deployed the work plan for 2019 and commended advanced teams, advanced collectives and advanced individuals.

First of all, all the members sang "The Song of the OuHai". Sunny Wang summarized the merits and demerits of 2018 at the meeting, analyzed the problems in the process of production and management, and made the company's mission, corporate goals, continuous improvement and innovation capabilities, and overall corporate planning as a priority. Sunny Wang also pointed out: The mission of our company is to become a positive force to change the world's perception of Chinese, Chinese products, and Chinese companies’ cognitive competence. To achieve company’s goals through continuous innovation, continuous promote us and the ability to create customers. It can be said that through our endeavor and efforts have enabled our employees to achieve a double harvest of spirit and material. And on this basis, our company has become one of the best optical manufacturing companies in China. At the meantime, we should do a planning for short-term, medium-term and long-term.

Secondly, Sunny Wang presented awards to advanced teams and advanced individuals. And then, they made a speech respectively. They are the three good collective representatives Mr. Huang, the outstanding team representative Mr. Luo, the four capable cadres Jenny Wang, the outstanding cadre representative Ms. Tu.

At last, Mr. Wu, manager of semi-finished plastic products and Mr. Wang who is an excellent team manager, spoke on the gains and losses of past work with growth thinking respectively.
