The opening of 2018 OUHAI GLASSES workers' sports meet

At 20:30 on September 20, 2018, the sixth workers' sports meet of Wenzhou ouhai glasses was officially opened. The guests invited at the opening ceremony were Mr. Yao, director of operations, chief engineer Mr Guo, Mr. Qi, the deputy general manager of production, Mr. Chen, the deputy general manager of central logistics, Mr. Zhang, the vice chairman of technical committee, Mr. He, the manager of processing center.

In this sport meet, there were six group events and five individual events, and the group events are all divided into men's and women's groups. Group events include tug of war, 400m relay, invincible fire wheel, collective jumping rope, hand in hand paging circle, wooden brick walk; Individual events include rope skipping, shuttlecock kicking, badminton, wrist wrestling, 400 meters run. Eleven departments participated in this sports meet in total.

As the march of the athletes played, each team stood in their designated areas in high spirits. Mr. Yao, director of operations, made the opening speech for this sports meet. Director Yao explained the significance and purpose of organizing the sports meet and encouraged everyone with the Olympic motto "higher, faster and stronger". Meanwhile, he wished the sports meet would be a complete success and all the participating teams achieved excellent results. Then the referee's representative Zhou Chen and the athlete's representative Xu Jiechang took the oath on behalf of the referee and the athlete respectively.

After the opening ceremony, the first game was the tug of war between the management teams separately led by Yao and Qi, in which all members are the managers of our company. After two rounds of fierce competition, the team led by Qi swept the team led by Yao for 2:0.

The next game was the men groups’ and women groups’ tug-of-war competition, men group and women group both included three groups. After the competition of strength and passion, finally the team from processing center, CNC department and central logistics won the men’s group victory, the team from metal welding, acetate assembling department and central logistics won the women’s group victory.

This sports meeting not only enriched the staff's spare- time life, advocated the company’s healthy and civilized sports culture, but also reflected our workmates the fighting spirit and collective sense of honor, besides, it could enhance each team's centripetal force and the cohesive force, these will add new vigor and motive force to the development of our company’s all undertakings in future.
